Even when something looks good on paper or sounds good in theory, what happens in practicality depends on the character of the person you choose to work with. Sure, the insurance policy may look alright, the conditions on the work contract look good, or the concepts depicted in the marriage vows sound great... but if you pick the wrong company/employer/person to work with... the paper or theory doesn't matter as you're not gonna enjoy the interaction!
