Guys that stick like a fly: This is the worst type…. They already start following you around when you’re not even familiar w/ them… and they just keep following you around… you’ve only just known them for a few minutes, hours or days, and they stand really close to you and keep trying to ask you out. You try to “shake them off” politely at first, but they just don’t get the message, so you have to resort to the “rude method”.
Users: They only contact you when they need to use you, eg. To borrow exam papers or even money! When they don’t need to “use” you, it seems as if they don’t even remember you exist. What’s worse… some of them don’t even remember to return what they borrowed!
Ambiguous guys: These guys are not direct… sometimes you think they might have a thing for you… but other times you feel you’re just imagining things. They always have a reason for asking you out for a meal, eg. Have some questions about this and that and is hoping you might help, and it’s an “one-on-one” meeting rather than w/ a group of friends… One moment they might seem rather cold/bored/uncaring, and the next moment they might be having a happy conversation with you. They might suddenly put an arm around you and it’s hard to know whether it’s a “friend” type of gesture or something more. Although everyone should start off as friends first, it is not appropriate to see someone of the opposite gender one-on-one on a long-term basis if you don’t have a thing for them. Maybe they’re hoping that “the bond will grow” and be able to get the girl as his gf w/o some form of proposal of his feelings. Or maybe they’re just “shopping around” and are not certain whether the girl is right for him but don’t have better options at the moment. Nevertheless, I think guys who don’t have the guts to be direct or wanna play mind games should not deserve to get a girlfriend.
Starers: I guess this varies for different people. Some girls actually enjoy being stared at by guys… but I’d get uncomfortable if a guy I’m not familiar w/ keeps staring at me! I remember back in secondary school, I happened to be standing next to this guy who just kept staring at this girl’s bum (she was wearing jeans that showed her butt cleave)…. It was weird.
Liars/cheaters/feet in many boats/trying to chase many girls at once: for obvious reasons
After I’ve named all of the above categories, is there any guys left in this world? It’s really about having a fine balance…. haha
